In the spirit of our upcoming annual Love Your Body 5k on Saturday, October 22, I've been trying to take care of myself a little more these days...both physically and mentally. I find it somewhat hypocritical of me to blog weekly & explain to others how to better their lives and the lives of others if I am not taking care of myself when I'm not behind the computer screen.
In search of ways to start loving myself (sounds so silly, I know!), I came across this list of 100 simple ways to love yourself - mind, body, and soul. Although it is an awfully glitzy & girly website, I think the rules can apply across all genders.
